Order Processing
- Processing Time: Please allow 24 hours to process your order after it is received. Orders are typically processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
- Shipping Notification: Expect a shipment confirmation email with tracking information within 1 business day once your order has shipped.
Store Pickup
- Availability: Store pickup is available at:
NSW: 52 Maitland Rd, Mayfield NSW 2304 | QLD: 1/10 Miltiadis St, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110 - Pickup Hours: Orders can be picked up 6.30am – 3pm Monday-Friday.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
- Shipping Methods & Costs:
- Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 for all orders under $250 within Australia.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders $250 and over.
- Express Shipping: Please call if you would like to arrange express shipping.
- Shipping Carriers: We primarily use Transdirect.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 1 to 3 business days Metro.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3 to 5 business days Regional.
International Shipping
- Available Upon Request: Please call to enquire about international shipping.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Return Policy: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition (including packaging, if applicable). We will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
- Shipping costs for returns are at the buyers expense.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thespraygunclub.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send back your item(s).
- Damaged Orders: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thespraygunclub.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
- Refund Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return or exchange after it is received back at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
